- Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention and crash reports.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

Your name and your reviews are visible to other users of the app. Club pages are public.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of your country.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all its data at any time from the app. Read how to delete your account.
8. Children
Racunity is not meant for children under 14. If you think a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and access to the servers is limited to authorised staff.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will ask you to read and accept the new version in the app.
11. The racunity.com website
The website only uses technical storage to remember your language. With your consent, it also uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and understand which pages are read: it sets the _ga cookies, which last up to 14 months. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of each page.
