Terms and conditions

These terms regulate the use of the Racunity app, provided by Racunity S.r.l. (TODO Via, CAP Città (Provincia), Italia, VAT no. TODO 00000000000). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Racunity offers padel videos, content tailored to the player's level, a map of the padel clubs with their pages, tournaments and news. Clubs can create and manage their own page.

2. Account

• You must be at least 14 years old and give true information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

3. Clubs

Whoever registers a club declares to be authorised to represent it and is responsible for the information, photos and videos published on its page. Clubs can choose the Base or the Gold plan: features and prices are shown in the app before purchase.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases and subscriptions are paid through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• If a club goes back to the Base plan, its content stays saved but the Gold features are hidden until it renews.

5. Content and behaviour

Videos and content in the app are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. When you publish reviews or other content you must not post offensive, false or illegal material. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Health

Training, physical preparation and health content is general information and does not replace the advice of a doctor or a qualified professional. Exercise according to your physical condition.

7. Liability

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of interruptions or errors. Information about the clubs is provided by the clubs themselves.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will ask you to accept the new version in the app.

9. Law and contacts
